The only thing I didn't love about this dress was that the sleeves are super restrictive - the way they are gut you can't lift your arms up very far. Luckily I wasn't busting out any dance moves bc it would have seriously cramped my style. Other than that I loved it - it's cute and demure but if you get the right size it's super flattering. Everyone at my office holiday party complimented me - even the next week at work!
