This dress was exactly what I needed for the Tech Awards in Silicon Valley. It's a black tie affair and billed as the Oscars of technology, but because it's a tech crowd I knew I probably didn't want to go in a gown (I mean, the recipient of the lifetime achievement award wore a full denim outfit). The dress was a little longer on me than it looked like on the model, which is understandable seeing as I'm only 5'5''. I loved the dress and it helped to make the night special for me, I got lots of compliments too!
