The best thing about this dress is the color! Among all of the black, grey and white dresses, I felt like mine really stood out. The simple construction of the dress is also very beautiful and regal. Definitely a great dress for formal affairs and parties as you can dress it up or dress it down. I don't know if the dress is purposefully very tight, but it was on me. I ordered sizes 2 and 4, I am usually a 4 but this 4 was very tight around the waist and chest. I would suggest ordering both your usual size and the size up. This dress is probably best for cup sizes A-C, the bust of the dress is pretty small. The chiffon is also pretty delicate, so take care. Overall, I absolutely loved this dress! It looks as good on as it does in the photo.
