I ordered an 8 and a 10 and, although the 8 fit me better on the bottom (less poofy of a skirt), the 10 fit best at the top. The skirt is very forgiving as it isn't form fitting at all and contrasts nicely with the more fitted top. I could have worn the dress with or without a bra but found it looked best with one. Black hose and black heels made the look work for a cold and rainy night in December.
