I wore this dress for a Christmas Party and it was a beauty! I'm short so I would've preferred it a little shorter but you can adjust it to fit a little shorter. Comes in 2 pieces - the nude slip and the the sheer/with gold embellishments on top. Also - the gold is a darker, brown-gold, so yellow-gold accessories won't work with it. Its a little bit of a drapy dress so if you are going for "sexy", it might not fit your taste but is more on the elegant side. I wore spanx with it but only because I have a little pooch in the front that I was concerned about. I wore it with nude peep toes (Sofft Ramona II in Sand patent leather) and it was perfect together. I would absolutely wear this dress again :-)
