I'm usually between a 4 & 6, and the 4 fit perfectly! Go for the smaller size as your alternate, as the 6 did fit well on the bottom but was a little loose on top. Not sure how the dress would fit with a larger bust, but that was not a problem for me. Will want a strapless bra, as the top is a bit sheer. Peplum top also hides problem stomach areas well!
