Wore this dress for a Bollywood-inspired black tie and got a lot of compliments. It is as short as all of the reviews say...so be careful! The 8 was a little big in the bust area/mid section, so I may have been ok with the 6 (only got one size) but I would still say this is true to size but forgiving. I had fun wearing this dress and it was a good first RTR experience!
