It's tight. I got a small and a medium. Decided to wer the medium so I could breathe and we comfortable. Wore to a wedding. Wish I would have wore spanx, even though it was a super tight fit I felt like I had a bulge in my stomach area. I have to say with the dress already so tight I couldn't imagine spanxs too...
