Only negative is that the skirt flares more than I'd like but it's a nice dress and a good length for a short woman. I'm petite and the smaller size hit my waist better than the size I normally wear. The fabric has a business casual feel and it looks less dressy in person than in the picture with the model. It's perfect for work and can be dressed up for a cocktail party. Here, I paired it with a bolero sweater I own.
