This dress is gorgeous - the color is amazing on any skin tone and the fit is very flattering. I wore Braza no adhesive silicone petal tops which worked perfectly. You could also wear a strapless bra. Long length was perfect on me, I'm 5'8". Definitely recommend this dress!
