I LOVED this dress!! I wore it out for New Years Eve this year and got so many compliments. I edged it up a little bit with big hair, spike earrings, studded heels, and darker makeup. I ordered both the 6 and 4 because I am little taller I was afraid the 4 would be a little short, but it was perfect. It was a little big in the bust for me, but I have a smaller chest. I also was able to wear a strapless bra with it. It didn't show at all in the back, but it did a little bit underneath due to the cut outs. I just added some double sided tape and it did the trick. There is zero padding in the top, and the dress is actually a really thin, flowy material. From the picture I thought it was a little stiffer material with more form on the bottom. All in all, I was very satisfied.
