As other reviews mention, this runs very small in the bust. The 0 fir everywhere but was snug in the bust, in fact, I couldn't even wear a bra. If you're looking for tons of cleave you can totally wear a bra, just would have been too much for a graduation ceremony. It was the perfect length even for someone my height. Loved the flare in the skirt. Overall, it was a huge it!
