The 8 was tight- I wore spanks to help flatten my belly and then it became a perfect fit. I could have worn the 10 but back (at the top) was too loose. The dress has built in spanks, but I needed a tad more support. I wore a reg bra- the dress looked better with the girls held up. I highly recommend this dress.
