Has some stretch/elasticity, so don't be afraid that it might be too small. The sequins give the dress some weight, so make sure you get the proper size so it stays on. I'm 5'3" so it was the perfect length for me as a floor-length dress. I had to wear 3-inch heels, otherwise it would have been too short and my toes would have awkwardly shown. So if you want to wear sky-high heels, get a the Long version rather then Regular.
