Form-fitting, but fabric is thick and stretchy enough to hide imperfections and be very flattering. Both the 6 and the 8 fit, but I felt more comfortable in the 8. Regular length was perfect for me at 5'5" with heels. As others have noted, the lining in the bust is a bit stretched out due to multiple wears, causing it to creep up above the dress line, but I was able to rig it with some safety pins and fashion tape. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dress.
