The 4 was a little too big and the 2 was just a smidge tight... but I got a pair of spanx and felt pretty comfortable in the dress all night. I got a Long instead of Regular with the intent to wear heels, but I chickened out and wore classy flats instead (I know, breaking rules of black tie, but I was comfortable). Downside was that the dress dragged just the tiniest bit but wasn't a major problem. My boobs looked FANTASTIC in this dress. Gave me a very classic shape and was very "old Hollywood" glam. I have very small shoulders, so the straps slipped off every now and then, but for people with normal shoulders it won't be a problem. Loved the dress, felt like Grace Kelly.
