I am 5'4", with a curvy and athletic build. I originally received the 4R in this, not imagining I would need the long. The regular was a tad short, even with flats, so RTR sent me the long for overnight delivery. (Amazing customer service!). The long fit me perfectly, with 4 inch heels. The dress was comfortable all night! The straps were a little long, and the bodice does tend to flip out but the included fashion tape solved both problems!
