I wouldn't recommend this for "busty" women unless you don't mind having them being the center of attention. I do not normally put the girls on display, so it was sort of uncomfortable in that sense. If I could have worn a "normal bra", I think I would have felt more comfortable. I had to get the "U-Plunge" bra and it wasn't very supportive, which in turn made me feel like they could fall out of the dress at any moment. Other than that, the dress is beautiful! I loved the way it fit the rest of my body. The other nice thing about it was that I didn't have to worry about it getting wrinkled during shipping! I pulled it out of the bag, hung it up the night before, and it was good to go for the event.
