I am 4'11", and I wore 3 inch heels and the size zero. The bottom was touching the floor but not to the point where it looked way too long. Like the others I had to pin down the top. This dress is fitted but it's not tight (it shouldn't be anyway), and it was so easy to dance in. I got lots of compliments throughout the night. This dress looks good on just about every body so I highly recommend it. It is a truly beautiful dress.
