The dress is gorgeous and super chic. The downside is something I encounter often with dresses and should have expected this: it was long on me...at 5'2", this dress went to my knees. I am also super petite on top but have a generous bootie...this means that it gaped a bit on top and was super snug on the rear. The dress is very form fitting, but this makes it sexy without being obvious. The dress worked perfectly for my company party. The sleeves made it weather appropriate and I wore black Spanx tights for more warmth.
