I'm 5'10, 145lbs and wear a size 4/6 usually. I ordered the small and the medium and though the small spanx-like nude slip fit, I ended up wearing the medium slip with the small lace overlay over it. The medium slip still held everything in nice and tight but I could breathe a little better (I absolutely loathe shapewear in general though lol) which is why I would say this dress runs true to size. I got compliments all night and the dress was an absolute knockout. I would definitely rent this dress again!
