I wore this for a black tie wedding. I have an hourglass shape. I am 5'11" and wear a size 6 for A-Line dresses that fit at the waist, and a size 10 in pencil skirts that fit at the hips. The 10L fit me like a glove. The length was perfect with my 2.5" heels.
