I was concerned with the folks at rtr in Ny because hurricane sandy had hit the area days before my gown was to be shipped out to me in california. I was also anxious because i had never bought anything on-line before so the thought of getting a dress rental had me stressed. What condition would it be in? Would it fit? I received communication from rtr letting me know that they were all well due to the storm and I spoke to the stylist and they were very helpful in getting me the right size dress. I received my gown and it was a huge hit. The quality of the dress was immaculate. The return process was super easy. My experience was phenomenal. I am a true fan of rtr and look forward to my next event so I can get myself into another one of their fabulous dresses. Thank you rtr for making me look amazing!
