The length worked well with heels on. I had to pull it up a few times, but I always have trouble with strapless dresses, so I don't think it had anything to do with the fit. I have a pretty hourglass figure, and I think this dress would work well on anyone. The lining was pretty static when I first put it on, but didn't prove too problematic. Overall, a wonderful dress!
