I was as comfortable in this dress as I would have been in yogas & a sweatshirt. No lie ladies. The dress is very formfitting, basically spanxx. No bra needed (even if you have boobs). Ever eat so much and feel worse in a dress?, not this one! I ordered a Medium and Large but chose to wear the Medium because the Large hung a little too low on my chest and when I pulled it up and back it made the lace bunch on my back. Large is better for women with height. The medium was snug but overall perfect for sitting, dancing, and playing my air guitar. No bunch, No scrunch, No hassle at all.
