I am not someone who wears red...ever...but when I saw this dress I couldn't help myself. I'm so happy I took the risk because I felt like a princess for my birthday party. The fit is true to size and I was able to wear a black bra underneath without it showing. The "poof" portion of the dress hung lower than I expected, below my hips rather than at my hips, but it still complimented by hourglass shape. I recommend this dress for anyone who wants to POP at their party and feel like a million bucks!
