This was my first experience with RTR. The dress I originally ordered (made by the same designer) arrived with a tear in the lace. I was nervous because my event was less than a day away! I called customer service and they were extremely accommodating. They didn't have the dress I originally ordered in my size, so they asked me to choose another. I was unsure between two colors and they decided to overnight both! I can't say enough good things about this company. They are amazing! This dress arrived the next morning (9 am!) and the second I tried it on, my kids and I LOVED it. It was adorable! The amount of attention this dress received at my event was incredible! I had random people asking me all night about it and telling me how much they loved it. I can't even count how many compliments I received. The color is gorgeous - more of a teal than a softer baby blue that the pic of the model portrays. It was also extremely comfortable. I wore spanx but I could have gotten away with none. It hid my tummy and was very figure flattering. The lace cap sleeves were great and the cut of the front was very feminine without being too revealing. Length was great for me. The only con for me is that I'm afraid I'll never be able to duplicate how great I felt in this dress. I will definitely rent this again or try another color in the same style. I was sad to return this.
