I didn't actually wear this dress (it was one of two I rented for a black tie wedding). I really loved the look and style of this dress - the bottom tulle was so gorgeous and I loved the lace. Plus it was really very comfortable. I ended up not picking it for two reasons 1) the other dress I chose was such a stunner, and 2) there was a weird bump in the back going on that I could get to lay flat. I'm not sure if it was because of the fit on my body type/size or because of the dress itself. I would definitely wear the belt (or a belt) with the dress. At just under 5'1" with 4" heels, the length was just about right; a little taller might've been a tad better.
