i wore this for a black-tie affair anniversary party at a winery (live music, etc) - and it was perfect! this dress fit me like a glove, but i can understand if you were busty that it would be tight in the chest area. i loved that i could wear ANY bra with this. the sequins weren't scratchy at all, and because the neckline was so conservative, the shorter length really worked well. and it photographed AMAZINGLY. the photographer at the event kept commenting on how it caught the light. seriously, in love with this dress! you won't regret it! note: i ordered the 0 and a 2 and never even tried the 2 on; the 0 fit perfectly.
