Rented this dress for a wedding reception for my husband's boss's son. Wanted to be conservative so the long sleeves were perfect. It was also 25 degrees outside so I paired it with black tights and heels. The dress runs true to size, but I recommend sizing up for your backup. There is no wiggle room or give to this dress so if you are in between sizes, definitely size up. The plum color lace over the black sheath is really elegant. The only complaint would be the zipper. There is a black belt that is attached to the dress and the zipper was extremely difficult to zip over the seam of the belt in the back. My husband had to use both hands and tug very hard to get it up. Other than that, it was the perfect dress for the occasion.
