I rented this dress for a friend's afternoon wedding in New Orleans. I was worried that it would run small given the reviews, but I am always between a 10 and 12 and chose the 12 for comfort (and all that Nola food.) As reviewers mentioned the top was a little big and I would have preferred it to be a bit more fit at the top. One thing to note is to be careful with scarves and the top clasps as the light scarf I wore managed to undo the clasps at one point. Overall a great dress and great for an afternoon wedding on the dressy side - with lots of dancing and second lining!
