The dress is true to size. I wore a 2P and with 5 inch heels it was the perfect length. (I'm 5 feet tall). The bust was tight but I don't have much in that area so it was ok for me but I could see how it may be tight for someone with enhancements. Would definitely recommend this site and this dress, received tons of compliments and felt like a million bucks!
