Length was a bit long (the 6L), I am 5'8 130 lbs and with 3 inch heels it was about perfect, but at one point I was walking too fast and got caught a little bit on the underneath of the dress. I think probably just from several people wearing it, the top was a little loose but I just used some double sided tape that came with the dress and it worked perfectly. It was perfect for the black tie event I attended.
