I am usually a size 6/8 and after reading the reviews I decided to get an 8R and a 10L, because apparently the dress ran small. I wanted an 8L because I wanted the train in the back to be a bit longer to add some drama, but it wasn't available so I had my backup size be the longer dress. When I first got the dress, I was particularly amazed with the quality of the fabric. It was absolutely luxurious, and looked exactly how it was pictured. Now to the downside. If you are busty or wide in the rib cage, you will in fact need the larger size. The zipper was already hard to zip up, but as it got closer to the top I had to suck it in a pray for the best! And the boning in the top sometimes dug into my side, but it wasn't too painful.Other than that, the dress was a success, I got so many compliments! I am a stylist in Pittsburgh, the pressure was on for me to look good and Rent the Runway definitely helped me look fabulous!
