I wore a Kate Spade belt w/ this, and it would've looked very odd w/out a belt. I don't like seeing a main seam that looks as though it might cut off your waist, but the belt adds some structure and shape. I am a part time fitness instructor and it's b/c I love fitness, my arms are not large whatsoever (they are actually kinda spaghetti noodle-like). The sleeves on this were super tight. It wasn't noticeable to others, but I wasn't a fan. This photo is a screen shot from a TV spot I did; sorry I don't have a good floor-length photo like my other reviews. I recommend the dress b/c of it's color and the massive amounts of compliments I received, but be aware of the sleeve tightness. I paired the dress w/ plain black tights and black suede pumps.
