I rent this dress for an awards banquet for my husbands Air Force wing. It was perfect for the occasion and everyone complemented me on how great I looked in this dress. I decided that my hair up would show off the back better and went with statement earrings and no necklace. Only bad this was there wasn't a size 6R when I was trying to rent, so I decided to go for the 6L and wear higher heels, which worked fine. I wish I would have gone down a size tho as the top would have fit better in a 4 I think. I went off the recommendation by the site and went up a size, which was way too big. I'd definitely size down in this dress. All in all great dress!
