I rented this dress for a friends wedding. I received the dress the day before the wedding and both sizes were too small. I immediately jumped on the website and asked if there was anything I could do. They offered to send the next 2 sizes up overnight free of charge. They arrived just in time and fit great! This was a beautiful dress and I received tons of compliments on it. I will warn everyone that it does run small and there is no hook and eye, so we had to use a safety pin to keep the zipper from falling down.
