Both the 8L and 6L fit well. I decided on the 6L because the underskirt rode up a little less. Speaking of which: Cons: 1.Underskirt rode up causing ripples that you could see through the top fabric. Spanx didn't help much. 2.The zipper would slant off to the side which made it look like I had a weird fabric ridge on my butt cheek. The larger size may have helped with this. Pros: 1.Unique in a sea of little black dresses 2. Mostly very comfortable (just adjusting the underskirt was not) 3. Flattering on many shapes. 4. Perfect length for me even with 3 inch heels 5. Flowing and beautiful I loved my first experience with rent the runway. I will definitely be using this service again!
