Worn this dress at the Gatsby theme fundraising gala. The dress is true to size. If you are 5'5", the xs you may find it short just like I'm wearing here. The small size is just about the same a bit less snug and longer if you don't like it short. The shortness of it, didn't made me feel uncomfortable at the party and my husband like the short better. It's comfortable to wear, warm for winter months parties and so glamorous! You won't need much except nice pair of earring and a nice clutch.
