Even though everyone else said it ran large, I was surprised that the Medium worked best of all. The only downside to this dress is the sparkles on the sleeves sometimes stick to the sparkles on your sides when your arms are down. HOWEVER, that was totally worth it for all the compliments I received wearing this to a fancy charity dinner party.
