I had to order two sizes up because I was 8 months pregnant (to the day) when I wore it and my ribs had expanded quite a bit. The straps in the back are adjustable so even though the chest area was a little more roomy than I needed, it still fit very comfortably! My frame is pretty small but with such a huge preggo stomach, I was worried that there wouldn't be enough material around the middle and that the dress would pull in the back - not the case at all. Plenty of fabric to cover a pregnant belly without being awkwardly short in front, and also without being heavy (last thing a pregnant woman needs is more weight - right?) Length was great, dress was perfect, thank you RTR!
