I am a little over 5'7" and about 125/130 lbs - based on other reviews that the dress ran large, I rented a size Small (I tend to order a medium because I have a very hour-glass figure). I wish I had rented a size XS, b/c I think it would have accentuated my figure a bit more. The Small made me seem a bit boxy. Loved the sparkle of the dress. It was absolutely perfect for NYE.
