I typically wear a Medium, but after reading other reviews I ordered a SM and an XS. They both fit great. I am 5'9 so I wore the SM just to get a little more length. The dress is definitely more of a costume with the large sequins, but with the right accessories or in my case a little jacket helps to class it up a bit. Dress fit well, was comfortable, and looked great out on the lighted dance floor!
