I am pear shaped so the size 2 fit better in the waist but was a little too tight on the bottom which felt inappropriate for engagement photos. So I wore the size 4 and wore a black belt over the attached gold on to cinch my waist in a little more. Wasn't the perfect fit but for a rental, it worked well.
