This dress fits true to size and is easy to wear. There was no shifting, it wasn't terribly low cut and is easily worn with or without a bra. There is a bit of crinoline under the skirt for a perfectly flared skirt. The waist was higher on me due to my longer torso, however the overall dress length was perfect a few inches above the knee. I highly recommend!
