I got sizes 4 and 6, I'm usually a 4 in dresses but I ended up wearing the 6. I think if you have a smaller bust the dress would fit true to size but I'm generally a 34D and the 4 would not zip all the way up. I received tons of compliments on the dress and I think its perfect for a formal event! I only wish I didn't have to return the dress haha
