I rented this dress for a black-tie-optional holiday party. It is beautiful while still being classy and conservative, which made it perfect for meeting my husband's co-workers. I usually wear a size 6 or 8, depending on the dress. I wore a size 6 in this dress, but would have been more comfortable in a size 8 (my back-up size became unavailable a few days before the party). The size 6 was a bit tight through my ribcage and bust, but I was able to deal with it for a few hours. On a side-note, when my backup size became unavailable, RTR sent me another dress in both a 6 and an 8, for no additional charge to ensure something would fit. Great customer service!
