I ordered medium and it fit, but was not snug. Small was just the difference I needed to hug every curve in the perfect way! If you're short-waisted like me, the one shoulder will sit kind of long -- I wish I could alter it. Still, so many people at my work function told me I was best dressed. I felt like a rock star. The material is thick and holds everything in, Spanx are recommended, but there is so see through or anything. Normally I hate the fit of side zipper dresses, but this is seriously the perfect dress. Not for straight/boy figures.
