The dress was very tight and form fitting so there is no need to wear spanx. I felt that it drew attention to my not so toned arms because the way the sleeves are. I wore this to a wedding and I thought it might of been too sexy for a wedding because it showed a lot of cleavage. Other than that I did feel sexy in it!
