The dress is definitely a snug fit like all of the other reviews say but the material is comfortable. It held me in without having to wear any spanx. I am 5'4", 135 lbs, 34c and I ended up wearing the small. The medium fit really well but the deciding factor was the chest area and I just didn't fill out the medium well enough to hold it up. I don't think I can ever wear another dress besides a Herve leger to a formal event again- I am obsessed! By far the most comfortable, flattering, beautiful dresses out there!
